At Fit City Tours, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to explore a city’s culture, history, and hidden gems — no matter their access needs or abilities. We are committed to providing inclusive, welcoming, and flexible experiences for all guests.
Our walking and running tours are designed to be small-group, social, and adaptable. Our guides adjust the pace and route to suit the needs of each group and can modify paths to avoid stairs, uneven surfaces, or steep gradients where required.
We proudly accept the Companion Card, allowing guests who require a support person to join any of our tours at no extra cost. Our guides are trained in inclusive hosting, including verbal description techniques, calm communication, and general disability awareness. We’re always happy to discuss your needs in advance to ensure a comfortable experience.
We are also proud to employ a diverse team. Their perspectives enrich our team culture and the guest experience. If you have specific accessibility questions or would like to talk through your needs before booking, please get in touch via the Contact page — we’d love to help.
