Cancel within 24 hours — non-refundable.
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours prior, subject to availability.
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours prior to their tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or fail to pay by the due date.
Rescheduling and participant changes are free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the tour, subject to availability.
It's your responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting point. After 15 minutes without communication, the tour is deemed cancelled by you, with no refund.
If Fit City Tours cancels a tour — due to weather, minimum numbers not being met, or a Force Majeure event such as a natural disaster or government restriction — you'll be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled tour.
Private, personalised and corporate tours may have different cancellation terms, which we'll confirm with you before booking.
This cancellation policy applies to tours booked directly through Fit City Tours. If you booked through a travel agent, wholesaler or OTA, that party's cancellation policy applies instead.
Fit City Tours acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate across Australia, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of this country.
